Personal favorite: Full Metal Alchemist.
It seems you like the romantic, slightly ecchi though. Try Ai Yori Aoshi. You will like it, plus there are two seasons to it. And there is plenty of doujin on it, if you are into that too.

history's strongest disciple kenichi is also a good anime to watch and the manga of is even better
also try black lagoon too thats awesome
