As for size, I'd like for it to be 450 x 150 pixels finished off with a clean, one-pixel border. Color-wise, I suppose staying primarily red and white would work, however, feel free to try out things if you think the render would look better with more than just white and red.

For text, [Fran-Cis] will do in whatever text you feel would work (frankly, I'm very bad when it comes to judging good text). Also, could you also fit 博麗 under my name? Make it smaller as to not show as much importance as my name, but keep it noticable.

As for the avatar, just make it one that matches the signature. 100 x 100 pixels will do, and finish it off with a one-pixel black border too.

Lost you? Basically, I want this:

with a transparent background, in high quality, so I can draw overtop of it.
Ideally it could have a few more divisions than this example and have every third or fourth line slightly bolder than the others, but that's not necessary.

Because I'm super picky about quality though, I would prefer to get it as a vector (either .ai or .svg,) but I'll accept it in a high enough resolution .png (say 3000x3000 pixels)

Don't just expand it to 3000px in photoshop or use an auto-trace in Illustrator; if I wanted that, I could do it myself. I'd like to see it done right.

See? Not complicated, but tedious.
