Mega upload has this rule

Megaupload reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer's transmission(s) that, in Megaupload's discretion, violates these policies or violates any law or regulation. how can then some ppls here upload ps2 iso or other things on Mega upload if that is aginst the rule ?? just wonder becus I whana upload stuff but not break the rule I have some nds games i whanted to share but then that is against Mega uploads rules if I get it right ??
