Ya, I'd guess you'd have to have a damn delicate hand to do that...haha...I like using like the color selector and using a 3 or 5 pixel eraser at like 300 percent so I can see the choppy parts...better than magic eraser results...but probably not perfect...then again, when people use them most of the time it doesn't have to be perfect I suppose because it's usually blended or has layers behind and in front of the render...thanks for the tips guys :)

don't really need a steady hand unless you try to free form it. Other then that you just create the points and when your finished turn it into a selection.

but the point of rendering is, as far as I know, saving the sigmaker some time, and people who make sigs are also able to a few clicks so it's better to watch the details because if you don't, we can also just take the original and cut it out with a few clicks

Your wrong... Renders not only lets you use for signatures, avatars, banner and so on, render also can be used for making wallpaper... Scans like 2000+ pixels are suitable for making wall...

Ya I've always thought about doing that since I'm a graphic designer and photographer...I thought about having a traveling room when I buy my house and making a whole wall just wallpaper of photos of all the places I've been. Same idea. :)

Way of doing great Renders:

Use Gimp.
Zoom 500pixel, and 800 for image that is over 2000 Pixel.
Use The Marking or pen tool.

wallpaper is easy to be made but also it depends on how you wanted to be,I've created 3 Large Pieces for now and Im a graphic designer in some famous GFX sites.. I'm not that famous though,but U came here cause my friend gave this site:)

also rendering is a hard work for a GFXer. I've tried rendering and its kinda hard for me as I'm a beginner on this renders
but I'll continue it maybe in a few weeks time cause I'm starting to concenstrate on sigs,walls,banners and so on
