Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's
![]() It seems that I'm the only one that watches this show. ![]() In that case, I'll give a brief overview about my thoughts and the show. Anyways, the latest installment of Yu-Gi-Oh! contains a bit more deeper themes than its two predecessors. It mainly takes place in two different places, Satellite and Neo Dominos City. Satellite exists for the sole purpose of making the lives of those that live in Neo Dominos City easier. Neo Dominos City has a King of Dueling by the name of Jack Atlas. Our main character this time is Fudo Yusei. He lives in Satellite but has a connection with Jack Atlas. It seems that Jack Atlas took one of Yusei's cards that was a beacon of hope for the people of Satellite, Stardust Dragon along with Yusei's first D-Wheel. Yusei's initial goal is to escape Satellite to retrieve Stardust, but finds out more about his fate along with four other people that were destined, including Jack Atlas. The show has two different types of duels. Riding Duels and normal duels. The Riding Duels have generally the same thing except for one major difference. They cannot use any spell cards except for speed spells and they need Speed Counters to use those. Each turn, you gain one speed counter and there are also other cards that affect your speed counter. The max speed counter is twelve. Anyways, it's an interesting show. The first few episodes might seem a bit weird and boring, but I got into it and am keeping up with it. You'll get to meet interesting characters, such as Aki Izayoi:
Spoiler!
Anyways, I just noticed there wasn't a thread for this show. If anyone's interested in learning more or where to get this, feel free to contact me. I think I read somewhere that I can't link to other sites. |

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's
Yu Gi Oh was actually quite popular. Until they dragged it for so long and long! I would try watching it but really, I dont think it will be that awesome as it was when it first came out. (Season 1)

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's
yu-gi-oh became like the next pokemon you think its cool when your younger then well it gets boring (at least the show) but its all as bad as everyone makes it out to be, it fills in a good way to waste a half hour of my life once a week
