It's somehting you cannot compare...
Strength is simply a point of view, it depends on who the opponent is and just how strong the opponent is compared to the general levels of strength in the rest of the characters, right?

In Bleach, at first, Ichigo looks like he's the strongest (since he was able to scare away a Menos by himself) but then, some chapters later, the rest of the characters are able to do that but 8 times better... and you start thinking that Ichigo just sucks.
In the first few eps Ichigo rocks but then he gets whacked nearly to death by FILLER characters... (and I think... wth????)

In Naruto, strength cannot be compared in between the characters themselves because it tends to vary depending on the jutsus that the character has learnt and its power... but there are the weaknesses and strengths in the chakra to worry about... Really powerful characters simply appear out of nowhere, but we all know they had to originally have had to be there in the first place, why weren't they mentioned before??? It's not as Dragon Ball, where the stronger opponents came from outer space...

In One Piece, as they go along, it is logical that they find stronger (harder to beat) opponents, since the ones that have survived up to that point in the Grand Line must be sufficiently strong to be able to get there in the first place (besides, the more they travel, the more they fight, the stronger they get, right??) But then again, the Devil Fruits and the Hakki come into play (but unlike Naruto they were mentioned even at the start) and make it more difficult to see who is stronger...


So, all in all, the strength in the characters are better leveled in One Piece than in the other two, because from the start, everything has been taken into account in order for Luffy to advance in his travels...

I would have to say, One Piece. Common if everyone in all the series were to fight I am almost 100% positive that one piece would win just by the strength of everyone in that manga...

In Bleach i love to watch Ichigo get stronger and as far as i have seen he is pretty beast.

It would probaly be Kenpachi from Bleach since he can only be attacked if the attackers attack has spirt energy in it. Since characthers of Naruto & One Piece dont have Spirit energy they would be unable to inflict damage to Kenpachi.

well i don't watch one piece since the plotline i heard from my friends that DO watch it i would say its pretty annoying to watch a bunch of demonic fruit eating pirates looking for treasure :/
but from bleach and naruto...
1v1 main chars would be something like this
naruto/shouting at ichigo about his ideals of being a ninja
ichigo/what is wrong with this guy?
naruto uses clones to distract ichigo and uses rasengan
ichigo uses getsuga tenshou and wipes em all out
naruto thinks "he's tough" and tries to go hand to hand combat
ichigo easly avoids any damage with shunpo saying he does not want to fight him
naruto gets pissed and his resolve kicks in and gets a tad bit stronger using combo attacks to surprize ichigo with a rasengan
ichigo gets hit(or not does not rly matter) and afterwards he gets pissed and goes bankai
then naruto is all like O.o
ichigo pawns naruto
naruto gets 2 tails out
ichigo goes hollow transformation
naruto goes 5 tails
close call battle
naruto has to use full fox demon release
ichigo dies
naruto dies from fox demon consumation thingy
world is probably doomed
orihime heals ichigo
ichigo saves the world from the fox demon
and goes to have fun with rukia <3
