True Tear
![]() True Tears revolves around a high school student named Shinichirō Nakagami with a high artistic ability. He lives with his mother, father, and fellow high school student Hiromi Yuasa who moved into his house after her father died. Her father had been a close friend of the family, so it was natural for Hiromi to come stay with the Nakagami family; since she came to live in their home, one year has passed. Shinichirō has known Hiromi for years, but before he had always treasured her smile, though now she acts coldly when at home and he cannot bring up the nerve to talk with her either. When she is at school, Hiromi is popular, always smiles, and is talented in sports, but Shinichirō knows she must be hiding things inside her. At school, he meets a strange girl named Noe Isurugi who wishes him misfortune after Shinichirō teases her. After a bit of bad luck, he reconciles with Noe by crafting a chicken out of a tissue box and finds out from her that she "gave her tears away". Shinichirō also likes to spend time with his childhood friends Miyokichi Nobuse and Aiko Endō at the Imagawayaki shop Aiko's family owns, and she helps out at the shop too. ---------------------------------------- i have see 1-7 and so far... its good!!!!!! you all must watch this, if you like romance anime |

Re: True Tear
I see two possible paths right now: the first one being that Shinichirou ends up with Hiromi but succeeds in helping Noe get her tears back. The other one is that Hiromi and Shinichirou might get a little closer, but the series will ultimately have enough time to swing back to him and Noe. It could go either way, however the more I think about it, the more I feel that Noe has a slight edge (mainly because she started the series off feeling like the “destined” girl to me). With four more episodes left, a lot can still happen - especially in a plot twist heavy series like this.

Re: True Tear
I wish he'd end up with Aiko, but that's obviously not happening...
Curse their cliffhanger endings, I can't wait for the last episode! |

Re: True Tear
episode 12: this episode does seem like he may end up with Noe. Shin’ichiro ignored Hiromi pretty much most of the time in this episode, especially near the end. Again all he thought about was Noe in this episode. Its a matter of him finding what he truly feels.
With a HiromixShin ending, on the other hand, we’d have a heartbroken Noe (who would thus get her tears back in a rather tragic way) and a heartbroken Jun. Now that’s what we call a happy ending! |

Re: True Tear
Really loving it, though left a bit blasted by the end of # 12... pulling for Noe although feeling it for Hiromi.
