-So Ulquiorra is the Number 4 Espada, and by my count, even in the manga, the top three spots are still unknown. It’s split somehow between Stark, Halibel, and the old guy. And depending on which direction the story goes, we may not find that out for a long time. Ultimately, the question is how Ichigo gets strong enough to fight any of them or even Aizen if he can’t even defeat Ulquiorra. Just putting on that mask for longer periods of time doesn’t seem like it’ll cut it.

This is just a theory but I think we can expect to see Ichigo turn completely into a hollow. Because any way you look at it there is no way he can beat the top members of the espada or Aizen with out going through some major change.

While Ichigo turning in to a hollow isnt unlikely, there are some elements that are coming up in future episodes that will assist in the war against the espada. but i wont go into detail and avoid giving away spoilers
