Funniest actor ever.......
To me definitely Stephen Chow. I love wathing his movie when he still young ( between 1990 - 2002 ). Quite hillarious . But now he seems to slow down a bit. Maybe he`s getting old......
Jack Black is funny too. Really love watching him in film The school of rock... |

Jim Carrey is probably gonna go down as one of the funniest guys in history.
Other than that, Will Sasso and Aries Spears formerly of Mad TV are great. I love watching those Comedy Presents stand-up specials...they always have random funny people on them. |

If we're talking movies, I'm going to have to say Robin Williams. The man is just a genius.
If we're talking series, then my vote goes to Richard Dean Anderson in Stargate SG-1, or Chris Ecchelston of Dr. Who. |
