Re: Asian/Martial Arts Films
I'm more of a Chow-Yun Fat fan. The Killer, Hard Boiled, that sort of thing. Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee movies are good fun though.

Re: Asian/Martial Arts Films
I don't know a lot of movies in this genre, however my favorite would definitely be "Hero". Great story with great characters and the visuals are just amazing. Some other ones I like are Stephen Chow movies like "Shaolin Soccer" and "Kung Fu Hustle". I also recommend "Kung Pao: Enter the Fist". Arguably the dumbest movie you will ever see, but funny as hell.

Re: Asian/Martial Arts Films
I have an HD channel that's called Kung Fu HD. All it shows are Asian martial arts stuff, and samurai stuff. Lots of Zatoichi. ^^;;
For kung fu stuff, I like just about any and all of the Shaw Brothers joints. 5 Deadly Venoms, Invincible Pole Fighter (crazy Gordon Liu movie from back in the day), Chinese Super Ninjas (yeah, title makes no sense), Kid with the Golden Arm. Quality. |
