Probably, women - in general - don't watch porn like men do because the way in which men and women feel about sex. Men's urges tend to be more often and short. Like, a guy will be horny one minute, but the moment the tension is released, he's no longer interested.

It's probably more of how one's cultural background affects their psyche while they're developing from a child until adult. In the West, during the Victorian era, rape themes were more common in erotic literature.

The reason for that is that the men in those socities didn't want to have sex with slutty women. They were taught to view these women as unclean and thus untouchable. But, if you brought up to look at sexually forward women as something disgusting, then you couldn't want to watch "normal" porn - it'd be hard for you to enjoy that.

Similarly, Women sometimes fantasize about being involved in "rape" themes for the same sort of reason, they don't want to feel like a whore so placing all control with the male removes all responsibility on their part. But, real rape is still pretty traumatizing and nobody actually wants to go through that.
