It depends on the girl, and then to be tricky it depends on what mood the girl is in. Sometimes I'm in a bag mood, sometimes I'm in a shoe mood. As long as the new item matches a lot of stuff I already have (meaning I can actually USE it without having to get a new wardrobe) I'm happy. Like I wouldn't want to be given a white-leather Gucci bag. When will I ever use that? Get me payless shoes instead!

(hahah, so I opened this thread expecting some deep, confounding question
 )Neither is very important to me. I don't really care about that-in my opinion, those things are mostly a big waste of $ and space. I'd rather receive other kind of gifts (No offense intended. Sometimes shoes and handbags are nice to have, it's sometimes it's fun to splurge-but if I did that, I'd go for fine jewelry instead): i.e. my guy getting me this set of books/music/art piece that I've  admired for a long time.If you asked this question because you're looking for a gift, I'd just pay attention to what she seems to be passionate about- maybe it is shoes/handbags for her, but maybe not.  愛。 強さ。 理解。 忍耐。 ラプソディ。 |

I think girls like handbags they don't break so easily while shoes they break and they have so many they wont remember if you bought them the shoes or not.
