I think just placing a goal on the number of partners you want to have is very childish and stupid. I would rather have 1 girl that would be for love then 1000+ just for pleasure.

I "target" to have slept with 0 guys by the time I'm 30. Should be easy enough. From 15-17 (ie when I was an idiot) I slept with too many girls... since then... it's been two and one was a very fucked up mistake.

Most of us have this dream of Eternal Love when we were young, but when get to an old age the number we have slept with is neither 0 or 2 million(just an exaggeration, this number actually be anywhere between 2 to infinity), it's never one, ever.
I'm just going to wait and see which one it turns out for me.
