In case you pop back by here, Takeya, you need to know that this isn't something the two of you can handle alone. She needs to see a psychotherapist. Furthermore, don't tell her that she's perfect. There's no reason for her to believe those words literally, nor for you to mean them literally. She's flawed. Admit it. Let her know that you recognize that she's flawed and that you love her; in that order.

All you have to do is keep supporting her and telling her how you feel. Also try to be involved in her life even when your not right next to her. That might give her more support and you'd probubly be able to trust her more.
