1. It´s a tendency, to use the dominant hand, I think, so I normaly use the right hand.
But that´s just like just like guessing which is the dominant hand of someone by seeing him smoke, but smokers will also sometimes change hands, especially if they are also doing something else.

2. Don´t know, as people in Germany normaly only get circumsized if there is a real problem. Never change a running system ;)

I'm left handed and I use my right hand.
Only things I really do with my left are writing and holding a spoon/fork.

As for number two, uncircumcised so I wouldn't know.

it's not unhygenic i don't know where you that from but the extra skin is there to protect the head of the penis from outside bacteria and dirt, not the opposite, urine while an expellation of your system's liquid "leftovers" as it we're, has been proven to have positive health benefits for years, infact urea a by-product of urine is used in most lotions and creams
