umm i live/learn in Canada so no idea! well, not entirely true:
It would be up to the student body to plan events like that, and even if they made that a rule dunno if anyone would follow it. so, maybe, somewhere in the USA or Canada this is a thing. most schools do have some form of message w. candy system to raise funds tho. I can see some of the crazyer schools doing it, or something like it, and I can defenatly see collages and university clubs doing it.
In my school, it's a tradition with some people to wrap a persons locker on the day they turn 18 (legal here). it's pretty funny, some people really go all out.

Spending Valentine's day single because you don't have a girlfriend/boyfriend is a lot better than spending Valentine's Day alone for the same reason I did.

On January 24th, my girlfriend cheated on me with another guy, 5 days after she left my condo to go back home. I'm still barely getting over it.

meh. you'll perk up. Just remember, she dreams too. and in those dreams, lots of things happen. and in one of those dreams, sooner or later, she is going to think of you. If you've done your job right, she'll wake up remembering what an awsome BF you were. and then, she'll wake up, and like most of us, she won't remember the dream. all she will recall is she got into one little fight and her mom got scared, said "your livin' with your auntie and your uncle in bel air."
