I said minimum of 2 orgasms per erection. Two orgasms is a primary goal to work towards for beginners since most guys can only make it to one.

That sounds about right. My own record is 8 orgasms from a single erection, and this was before I found out about orgasming without ejaculating. I was really horny that day and was feeling in an experimental mood. I had also had sex twice more earlier that day with 3 orgasms the first time and 4 or 6 orgasms the second. And I finished off with 2 just before going to bed. So my all-time record for the most amount of ejaculations in one day is 17 or 19 (I can't remember which). And no I'm not lying. I wanted to see how far I could push myself, so as I said, that day was experimental.

I haven't tried an all-time record using this technique, however, so I may be able to break my old record for maximum orgasms. Any girls here wanna help me in breaking my record?

Normally, however, I typically go for 3 orgasms once or twice every other day, either with my hand or preferably with a girl. Sometimes though, if I'm really horny, I'll give a girl all I've got. I've never had blood in my urine, even after a ton of ejaculating. I might virtually dry up, barely able to ooze anything out, but I've never ruptured anything from too much sex. It's already in the tutorial. When you squeeze the pubococcygeal muscle, it blocks the semen from escaping the penis, which is why you orgasm without ejaculating. When it comes to giving women a long string of orgasms, I'm going to create another tutorial for that within the next couple of days.

Actually "ejaculate" means "to eject or discharge suddenly." It comes from Latin "eiaculari" meaning "to shoot forth," which is from "iacto" meaning "to toss, throw, or fling."

This technique is also known as pelvic floor exercises, Kegel exercises or simply Kegels.

They're actually meant to help restore the tone and strenght of a womans pubococcygeus muscle, as pregnancy/childbirth, aging or overweight often leads to a weakening of this muscle and other pelvic muscles. But its benefits extend beyond that, for both sexes: increasing bladder control, threating prolapse of the pelvic organs, relieving prostrate pain and so on ...
But most people do it for the sexual gratification, of course.

This technique is NOT to be mistaken for a similar, but potentially dangerous, manual variant of the technique. This works by using your fingers to apply pressure to the area between your scrotum and anus.
Both this technique and Kegels are based on using pressure to block the perineum and prevent sperm from escaping the body during orgasm (and so this only works with men).

I do not recommend use of the manual variant as it may cause your sperm to flow back into your body, into the urinary bladder. This is called retrograde ejaculation. The effects are actually not that harmful as the retrograde-ejaculated sperm is simply lost next time you take a piss. But, excessive use may cause long-term damage to the nerves and blood vessels in the perineum as well as to the bladder itself, leading to incontinence and infertility and maybe even erectile dysfunction.

While I couldn't pinpoint the reason why, there just seemed to be something "wrong" with it before I found out about the medical issues associated with using that method. I guess I'm kind of lucky because even though I typically masterbate once a day, 7-8 shots for me is pretty normal and not painful at all. I'll never forget one time I even hit 10 (was watching Inyouchu, haha. Seriously that one still gives me incredible results no matter how many times I watch it! Pure ecstacy for me). Though I'll admit I can't really orgasm and then continue right away for another orgasm, I can do multiple a day but they have to be spread out usually. I've been wanting to have two directly in line with each other lately though to see what it's like.

I don't really ever talk about this because I think it's a bit weird, but I guess I'm just one of those guys who ejaculates a lot with orgasms? I'm assuming this could be a good or terrible thing once I meet a girl, lol.
