As a male, a nice figure is always nice. Some curvers here and there, breasts of course. I do find myself more attracted to shorter women, since I'm shorter too. The face is probably one of the most important things though. A girl can have a rock solid body, but if she has an ugly face ... forget it.

I agree except for the fact that it depends on the girl if shes really smoking hot and has like a low cut shirt or top that really shows off her breasts maybe.

In answering the question, do you mean clothed or unclothed? For clothed I would say breasts. A nice butt will stir me to a half-stalk, but some nice breasts will get me hard.
