emotional breakdown

Are girls really that emotional?

Meaning when they feel hurt (feelings) they go trough an emotional breakdown...

I am asking this cause i know how girls feel when they feel hurt in feelings.
My true nature in life is... emotional support, Listener (listen to problem, especially relationship problem0, a special someone that may not be in front of you but in your heart (as said by one of my client).
I maybe 17 () but i know a lot about emotional breakdown.
This concerns me cause a lot of people mostly girls see me whenever they have a problem, and most of problem they talk about is relationship problem...
There was this one girls, a close friend of mine, younger then me came to me. And well she was going trough her first emotional breakdown. Reason...
She was dating with a guy, for 6 months...
But heres what, he dated her only to get close to here best friend, for 6 months he was dating her and all he was after was her best friend (not me ) and wouldn't you believe her best friend also liked him
few weeks after, she saw her boy friend with her best friend together...
She told me that she went towards them and ask her boyfriend if he like her (not talking about the best friend) the boyfriend looked confused and well he said no...

She slap him and well knock him out by accident...
And came running to my home (i live alone...) and told me what happen... and well i listen to her, and it was her first emotional breakdown... and i know how it feels too.. and i had i to cry with her, cause shes my close friend ... and well i help her move on and look for someone else (not me).

so do any of you girls had your first emotional breakdown? if you did lets hear it please.

The answer is simple. Yes.

They need much more emotional support than guys and take everything more seriously. This is just the way they are, they can't help it. The best thing for them is to have a friend who supports them. Like You.

Not all girls do that y'know. Most of my...... We could say girlfriends cause that's technically what they are. Most of my girlfriends don't do that.

Well I guess it depends on culture, upbringing (morals, support & love), character, personality, will, past history, adaptability, life-experience, psychological stability, etc., etc., etc.

Soooo, it depends and varies a lot based on lots of factors. You really can't generalize girls. This applies to practically every topic posted in this forum (Ask a Girl).

As a safeguard, some facts should be kept well in mind:

1. This is one sick, deranged, psychotic, abusive, cruel, cold, and only very rarely beautiful world. Thus, expect the worst, even if you think you got the best (cause u probably don't). Crap happens. Do your best to deal with it.:defeat:

2. You will hardly ever find your perfect match, so don't assume your next date is destined to become your betrothed.

3. You are your own person. A breakup does not mean you can't go on. :noooo:Crap happens. Do your best to deal with it. You got food, water, shelter, a good bathroom with nice tiles, and two good legs (hopefully) so get up and use 'em! (Ya, ya, ya FMA). You must keep moving forward toward the future. Don't let the past bog u down, because now you can never change it. Don't forget or repress the past, learn, and grow wiser and stronger!

4. Without sadness, you cannot know happiness. In other words, if everyone is happy all the time, then it's not really happiness. Happiness is a heightened state of emotion that is associated with success, fulfillment, etc., so you really can't have happiness without a lack of happiness, as happiness is relative.

5. Most importantly --> NO REGRETS! PERIOD. Also, NO GRUDGES! They can damage you psychologically, temporarily or permanently, and you are dwelling on the past which cannot be rewritten. And what do you care anyway? Probably in less than a century (maybe sooner if that meteor's course isn't changed by 2012 ), all will be forgotten and irrelevant. What does it matter what ant A did to ant B? (especially after that semi-truck ran them both over!! ).

Yea, I also think most girls go through with that. This one girl was hanging out with me and when I was playin videogames I heard her cry so I turned it off and waited until she talked to me then we talked outside. I dont remember what I said but it was all good for her.
