Some few males ofen fear being rejected, you just need to see more your reality, look more around you, see how girls and males react and how they are not so much diferent as you think, nobody is a saint in this world eitheir, just put confidence in yourself that your a good person and you dont need any pride for yourself, i know its an hard battle with those close feelings and requires time, best luck to you and dont think so much about it, theres lot things in this world other than girls, you need to find the answer for yourself.

that's easier said than done my friend but you're right on the money i'm just the King of shy I cannot get a conversation started till after the girl left it's just way too hard and then being the first one to speak =super nerve buster but after I tried though (it didn't end so well) I feel great!

and if she blows you off, chances are she wasn't worth it

I'm a little bit shy too... Sometimes girls are attracted from me, but I never know what to do exactly. Well, to be more precise, I know what to do, but I don't know when do I have to do it.

However, there are two little tricks that are quite good for me:
1) it could be strange, but when I try to hit on a girl in a language that it's not my mother language (english, for example) I have much more chances to succeed. Unfortunately, it works only with foreign girls and/or in other countries.
2) when I drink a bit and there are other friends around me, I can easily approach every girl... Maybe I feel like they're supporting me in some way.
