Foto Management Software?

I don't really know where to put this but I guess it goes best in here. This might be a better place than "Tech Heads".

I'm searching a good picture/foto management software. Currently I'm using ACDSee and I'm quiet pleased but it really lacks a good tag searching option. Does anyone know some foto management software that works like danbooru/gelbooru/etc.?

I've already tried Adobe Lightroom 2.5, Picasa and ACDSee and the all lack a good tagging and tag searching function

Now I've stumbled across PicaJet. Is this a good one?

(I already tried forum and google search but those didn't bring anything good. I'm sorry if there's already a thread like that but I didn't find it!)

You might try Adobe Bridge (Installs with the Adobe Collection), Microsoft Expression Studio 2 or iView 3 (an older Version of Expression before the company was bought up by Microsoft).

In my opinion iView works best. But as far as i know, all the programs offer trial versions.
