The text color and placement could be better like moving text to the left side to make it feel less empty. Also on your focal point or better yet the face has some stuff that should have probably been erased in the earlier layers/steps.

yeah, the text was just an afterthought I tossed in intending for it to be barely noticable.. this was pretty much a test to see what I'd learned, I'll do a real one later. Good call on placing it on the left side though, and thanks for the points on the mess - I definitely should have cleaned some of that up.
(edit) now that I think of it, I remember intending text to be on the bottom-left when I first started putting it together, then forgot afterwards and spent the aforementioned little effort putting it in anyways. whoops! (/edit) Last edited by toadvine : 03-14-2008 at 02:48 PM. |
