What you really need is an invisible background and maybe a shadow underneath it. Apart from that and the ugly text, all good. :3

Well it's interesting as logos go you usually tend to have your own freewill to be able to design your logo however you want it. But I think it is a good logo just blend the arched text at the bottom of it better and you should be set.

Nice logo i like it, those black wings coming out of it look a little unusual, but it gives it a good look.

Really nice work, only thing i could suggest is the top arch's come out to far . and needs some sort of bevel for the main background dark crest. , and some softening of text, but anyway, awesome work ^-^
