I know I'm not one to talk, but...
I'm not a big fan of the woody frame on the kpoeira ava - it takes up too much space and isn't really interesting enough to warrant it. The text is almost invisible, too. :S

To be honest, those frames are too chunky and take up too much space. They quite ruin the avi more than if you didn't have them (in my personal opinion). Although the frames themselves are good (not too fond of the pink one though).

Don't be discouraged by my remark though, keep practicing. ;3
