Does it really matter? Mecha or not? At least he specified the "Alien" part which is correct. =P I think it's actually a Yes and No about the Mecha part. Some Protoss are just Alien in Bionic Armour(ie; Zealot, White Templars, etc.), and some are Mechs that are operated by Protoss(ie; Dragoons, Reaver, etc.).
