Most perverted anime characters...Happosai from Ranma 1/2 sure makes the cut, as well as Arks from Moetan. Also I need to pay respects to Onizuka from G.T.O. he is a master of perversion, and of making the stressed out vice-princlipal urinate blood. He gets the gold star for the day.
