desert punk and Reiji Kokonoe (from kodomo no jikan) are hands down the most perveted (male) characters as they both try to use a little girl so that way they can be their slave, their also pretty f-cked up in the head with what they do (reiji = seriously into incest), (desert punk = actually restrains and gropes women)
