Theres so many, I like anime with goofy male leads.... Love Hina, Tenchi muyo, Slam Dunk, GTO to name a few.

I would say most of the Full Metal Panic series were the funniest I've seen. NHK is probably as good, but I'm rather torn on deciding which.
