:   |  Help - Good Anime of which I forgot the name - brief description included Hello everybody. Something has been bugging me for quite some time - a friend of mine who I've lost contact with advised me to watch this anime but I forgot its name.  So there's the protagonist(s) who die and go in a state of between life and death, and they're somehow employed by some higher power or entity to do some (possibly) shady missions. Its action adventure and (apparently) breathtaking and storyline driven... Help appreciated. I'll wiki search suggestions and maybe get a memory refresher of the anime he told me about...  |

Yu yu hakusho doesn't really employ a character to do 'shady' missions and he is most certainly dead. I doubt it would be bleach? How could you forget the name of bleach or db? They're the most common anime by far. |

Also my friend mentioned that it was not for the faint-hearted, and it seems that the series does contain its fair share of ultraviolence... Oh and I mentioned that its story line driven, so I don't think you can count DBZ or Bleach...  |

Started really well, with great promise for a stotyline and all but ended up disappointing a bit as Spoiler! But I could see it coming from very early... the premise was just too mysterious... |
