what ecchi anime has a good storyline and uncensored? and where can i download it?

Do you want hentai or ecchi anime? Ecchi means lewd, as in there is no real nudity. Hentai/mature on the other hand is full nudity.
If you want ecchi anime, Kanokon, Sekirei are really good (with story and fanservice). To-love-ru is also major fanservice with not too much story. On the other hand, Queen's Blade is an anime that is pretty much uncensored. Hopefully you like these!  The more ecchi, the better. |

Ecchi anime with story? God that's hard to find... To love ru is one, but that doesn't have too much story. Have you watched Elfen Lied? It has a story, albeit extremely gory background, and plenty of ecchi scenes. I watched 3 episodes so far, and it is pretty good.
I don't know if this one also works, but Air Gear is another one to think about. From my experience with its manga counterpart, it has plenty of ecchi scenes.. but I don't know if it lives up to that in anime. |

Try Miyuki-chan in Wonderland, Onegai Twins, Mahoromatic, & Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun. All of which have decent storylines but truthfully 99% of ecchi is not about the story. If you want good stories and such look into Yuri anime

hmm story with uncensored ecchi.... Queens blade? Rosario+Vampire have uncensored and censored versions wich is good also.
