Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

I personally LOVED the first series and I wished that they would have continued it instead of leaving me hanging. Anyways I do recall the original Anime series leaving some unanswered questions. There's a new series called Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It's not a second season but rather a remake but it's based more on the original manga series. What do you guys think about it? I like it because the animation is way better, and the story line is following much more smoothly. :D

Did you see the movie Fullmetal Alchemist: The Conqueror of Shambala?

It answered a lot of questions, but it left many new ones. Great movie, and it's amazing that they worked the actual plot line into movie form like that - it's not like your average filler anime movie.

Re: Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

The new series is much better in my opinion.

Now, the graphics was what really caught my attention. Just compare it both together and you can see the big differences.

Well, maybe not that big but the graphics was really what caught my eye.

But after watching it, I got curious and more interested in the storyline instead.

I have not read the Manga yet, but I think I'll read it up and compare what everyone seem to say about the first and second season's plot.

Same I didn't really know about it that much and when I saw the graphics it attracted me and I watched a few episodes and now I love it.

No I dont think so I've seen like 3 FMA movies it's so confusing trying to track them all down, I wanted to see what happens on the other side of the gate though like... what do they end up doing on the other side? I know their dad and them are reuinited but then... what else?

Re: Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

I think the older series had a better emotional impact with the Elric brother's past. But I like how the new one is moving quickly to get to some new manga material that hasn't been animated. I also like how Al didn't brood on the possibility of having fake memories. But it wouldn't make much sense since the episode before, Edward was going to let Scar kill him to protect Al.
