Xam'd, Soul Eater, Last Exile, Death Note, Eureka Seven, Bleach, Gokusen, Full Metal Panic, Fooly Cooly, Trinity Blood, as well as Blood+, as Tazano said Negima! both seasons. Hope that helps.

If you haven't gotten through the older good ones you shouldn't start with the newer ones I'd find the anime Kikaider it's great and the ending will be with you forever if you haven't seen Code Geass yet go for it and the movie Galerians: Rion is awesome.
