Heh, well Fate/stay night is a good one... the only one with sword fighting and comedy i can think of is samurai champloo.... most others like claymore and vagabond don't have much comedy.... Prism arc is good too...

Like other people have mentioned. Berserk & Claymore. Although there's not really any comedy in it. Still worth checking out though.

Wahhh?! Why didn't anyone say Basillisk? that anime was pretty good although all the fighting wasn't with swords it was still good
