Happosai - Perv old man....unlike gc and jumps on feminine boobs?? Sakura (naruto) (English Only) - bad dialog, cheesy voice actor.... Unknown (Unknown show) - blonde haired announcer from an unknown anime who believes herself to be "beautiful"? Patty Lowell (Devil May Cry Anime) - She's one annoying female, trying to annoy Dante . . . . . . . ALOT!!! Chi-chan (Full Name Unknown? - Ichigo Mashimaro) - She's very stubborn and hard-headed...she ruins the other character's ideas... Matsuri Sakuragi (Ichigo Mashimaro) - Her words make no sense and isn't important to the storyline "AT ALL!!", and her words are easily forgettable... Mai Valentine (Jap. Name Unknown) (Yu-Gi-Oh) - She's just DAMN ANNOYING!! Venom (Guilty Gear) - gay...Very uninteresting homosexual story... -------- To be continued

Light Yagami (Deathnote) for treating human lives as trash, both guilty and innocent, despite claiming to be Justice. There are alot of other shitty characters like Shinn Asuka, but most either potentially get redeemed or are just so insignificant that they're not even worth hating.
