I used paint.net for this, i used the pencil at first but then when i tried to erase the outer parts it became choppy for some reason. I smoothed it out after i made this posted because i thought it was waay too choppy.

PS is easy to get hold off ^_^
But not bad for using a web based editor. Gimp is a good free version of PS:P x |
