Wolf and Spice Televison Anime in the Works
The promotional sleeve wrapper for the fifth volume of the Ōkami to Kōshinryō (Wolf and Spice) light novels announced that a television anime adaptation has been greenlit. Isuna Hasekura won the Silver Prize in the 12th Dengeki Novel Awards for writing this fantasy. It deliberately leaves out sword and sorcery to focus on how business gets done in a medieval world with a wolf girl. Jū Ayakura (Angelic Bullet game) draws the light novels' illustrations, while Keito Koume (Kujibiki Unbalance and Uta∽Kata manga) will start the manga adaptation in the November issue of Dengeki Maoh.
