Shōnen Champion's 24 no Hitomi Adapted for Live Action
Issue 41 (on sale September 6) of Akita Shoten's Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine has announced that Kei Kurashima's 24 no Hitomi gag manga will be made into a live-action television drama series this October on Japan's TBS station. The 80 90-second-long episodes will air three times a week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at "27:00" (effectively 5:00 a.m. the following morning). Actress Rina Akiyama (Masked Rider series) will play the title character of Hitomi, a beautiful teacher who likes to tell fibs. Source: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
