Bandai Gets Girl Who Leapt Through Time
At their New York Anime Festival panel, Bandai Entertainment's Ken Iyadomi announced that later in 2008, his company will be bringing out on DVD Mamoru Hosoda's The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. The film, which has won awards at the Sitges and Annecy film festivals, will also receive a limited theatrical run in theaters in Los Angeles, New York, and possibly, several other cities.
