Hey I'm pretty new around here, but I do know a few romance/harem animes
that are pretty interesting.

I would like to suggest:

Amaenaideyo!! - If you're into over-the-top harem stuff e.g Love Hina this is pretty funny.

Strawberry Panic - It touches on yuri quite abit, alot of fan-service

Ichigo 100% - Harem, but with a lot of heart! Nishino's juz perfect ; )

I;m actually more into action/mecha but some of the titles there have nice romantic elements you might want to look at these:

Full Metal Panic & Full Metal Panic Fumoffu ! - Fumo fumo ~~ Sosuke and Chidori can kill me sometimes... many LOL moments. Recommended purely for entertainment value.

Vandread - (Action/Mecha/Comedy/Harem/Ecchi) ~~ really .....

And Henguy is right .. Byousoku 5cm is really a must watch.. very stylish ... As far as I know it has only 3 episodes..
