I heard that for a file that already exists on Megaupload or Megarotic, you can directly fetch the file directly into your own account, thereby creating a back up of the file.

Can someone tell me how to do that?

I also heard that there are websites that simultaneously uploads a single file to multiple hosters for you at once, therefore you only need to upload once to get max results. I also heard some of these sites can fetch a file from another hoster, and upload it into your account.

Can someone teach me how to do all this?
