I've uploaded the english patch everyone, not yet complete though.

Translated are abt 98% of the game

Instructions:
Put the folder into the GAME150 folder in your PSP. After all that's done get out of USB mode again and go to the "memory stick" Folder in GAME, you should see papimeru, run papimeru and patch the game XD *works on the iso only, not the cso*
