Subbed, hands down.
There's almost no anime that's better in English than it was in Japanese w/ subtitles.
Except perhaps Dragonball Z, but I watched it as a kid and didn't really know what subbed was at the time, but I find the voices for the dubbed DBZ to be quite entertaining :D
