U can add videos from all these 24 sites

Also this is really a nice feature, the easiest way to add videos from youttube without uploading video by video, if you clicked on "
Browse" you can browse all the videos youtube has even search your favorite and you can add them to our sections just by one click. just make sure you move these videos to the write sections and not upload them twice or so
Other sites like Dialymotion, veoh etc... don't do that, you have to add the video one by one. etc.. and they don't auto add pictures, so if you like to add picture go to that video thumbnail, let say from veoh, right click and see the picture url copy the url and past it into your upload where it says
