I dont know you, so i cant tell if you are to young or not, and by "young" i do not mean age, but how mature you are.
Do you think you can handle a relationship?
Do you think you can have a girlfriend and handle the responsability?
If your answers are "yes", then you probably not too young to have a relationship in my eyes.
Oh, and dont get scared by some of the above posts, its not that scarey to have a relationship, its actualy pretty nice
