Yeah this is one of the few 'downsides' to this FF hack. It
prioritizes bandwidth to your machine, but only of course
when you're using it. I'd imagine it'd be worse too if your
other machines are LANed wirelessly.

I'd say do the same hack to your other machines if they
also have FF, but then I'd be wary about certain sites wanting to
know why/how your IP is 'monstering' everthing. LOL Fuckem.
