For using Makoto without telling her friend. Even Kotonoha is at fault. She lost it after she finally learned and accepted the truth. You can tell by the end of episode 10 she wanted to kill people already. She's an irrational person who couldn't accept facts and by the end it's clear she's gone completely mental. It doesn't matter how right she was about Sekai, they're all crazy in their own way.

The anime was like a tragedy, but I didn't really care for the characters all that much. It was just kind of...there. And then that whole thing with Sawaga, ugh, don't get me started on that.
I feel the exact same way. I didn't hate or like any of the main characters (except Kotonoha's little sister, she's adorable.) and feel that they were all to blame. Nonetheless, it was a very entertaining show. Perhaps the best harem I've ever watched, lol.
Anime - Soul Eater
