Like AmSidar said, there are different sections for these questions......
but just hover your mouse cursor over it and it will tell you...
1st is "Digg this Post!"
2nd is "Add post to del.icio.us"
3rd is "Bookmark Post in Technorati"
4th is "Furl this Post!"
If you have accounts in any of those websites, you can click a post to do whatever that site is for to it... like Digg is for websites you like (I think)... o-o
