I saw the act a long time ago, and for a very long time I was curious about it. I finally tried it with a gf a few years ago and it was kind of a disappointment. Since then I have always found it fallacious in later viewing. Though admittedly, the build up of curiosity probably led to the disappointment. Kind of like a movie you think is going to awesome that turns out mediocre. You end up focusing on what was bad about it instead of the good.
All in all, like the man said the fetish is usually in the head.
I believe that when it comes to intimacy you should never be afraid to try something once... barring complete disgust of course.
Some people like to be pissed on. Not my cup of tea, but who am I to judge.
