I'm gonna have to say the moaning happens quite naturally. If a woman is enjoying herself, she's going to tell you. Even if it's really subtle. So, she may not be screaming in your ear, but she's still going to be making some kind of noise. If she's not making any noise, she's trying really hard not to, and that's probably because you haven't made her feel comfortable enough about herself for her to open up to you.
