While I'm unable to answer the poll, I incidentally came across something of relevance in my research lately for those of you who fancy Japanese chicks =P

"While most Japanese men are not usually circumcised at birth, many young men are now having the foreskin surgically removed at male-only clinics ('Circumcision in Japan becoming popular' 2000). A desire to be more appealing to women, who say that the circumcised penis is 'cleaner' and 'looks better' is often concealed in rhetoric about health concerns. In advertising for the Shinjuku Clinic, for instance, the claim is made that an uncircumcised penis is 'not popular' with women, who feel it is fuketsu ('impure')... For instance, an uncircumcised penis is often derogatively referred to as menashibou ('eyeless stick') or suppon ('mud turtle')" (Roberson & Suzuki 2003).
